The product price shown for your region includes the standard costs involved in getting that carton to you. We account for the freight journey before a product is listed, so you can compare unit and carton prices without trying to calculate overseas shipping yourself.
There is no separate freight invoice waiting after checkout. If a delivery needs unusual access, a remote service or another special arrangement, our team will discuss it with you first.

Delivery dates can move because of production schedules, customs checks or carrier delays, but we use realistic information rather than a generic promise.
Updates without the chasing
You can follow the order stage from your account. Once the freight partner or courier issues a tracking number, it is added to the order so you can open the carrier’s tracking page directly.
If something needs attention, speak to Bulky Stock. You do not need to contact the manufacturer or arrange the freight yourself.

Standard import charges, customs handling and shipping insurance are included within our product pricing. If an unusual address, access restriction or special delivery request creates an additional cost, we will speak to you before making any arrangement.
The estimate combines the manufacturer preparation time with the expected delivery time for your selected region. It is a practical planning window rather than a guaranteed appointment date.
Tracking is added to your account as soon as it is issued by the freight partner or final delivery courier. Some international stages do not produce customer-facing tracking immediately.
We coordinate the manufacturers and collections on your behalf. Products may be brought together during the freight process where appropriate, so you do not need to manage separate factory arrangements yourself.
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the address before collection or dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the shipment has entered the delivery network.
