Order Problems And Replacements

Bulky Stock sells carton quantities to business buyers. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how we resolve damaged, incorrect, short or faulty deliveries.

Business Orders

Our products are supplied by the carton for trade, commercial use and resale. We do not provide a change-of-mind return service for unwanted stock, over-ordering, reduced demand, resale performance or marketplace restrictions.

Cancelling A Pending Order

You may request cancellation while your account still shows the order as Pending. Contact us immediately. Cancellation is only confirmed when we reply because manufacturer fulfilment may already be starting.

Once an order changes to Order Accepted, Bulky Stock has accepted the order and committed it to the manufacturer. Customer cancellation or quantity changes are no longer available.

Check The Delivery Promptly

Inspect the cartons when they arrive. Report visible damage, missing cartons, quantity shortages, incorrect products or material defects as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, quantities affected and clear photographs of the goods, outer cartons, internal packaging and delivery labels. We may request further evidence where it is reasonably needed.

Replacement First

If we confirm that goods are faulty, materially misdescribed, damaged in transit, short or incorrect, our normal resolution is to replace the affected goods when a suitable replacement is available.

Do not send goods back without written return instructions. Depending on the issue, we may arrange collection, ask you to retain the goods during an investigation or provide another practical instruction.

If Replacement Is Not Available

If a suitable replacement cannot reasonably be supplied, we will provide another appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law. This may include a price adjustment, account credit or repayment for the affected goods.

What Is Not Covered

We are not responsible for damage or deterioration caused after delivery by misuse, unsuitable storage, exposure to heat or moisture, alteration, relabelling, onward transport, ordinary wear, failure to follow warnings or handling by the buyer or its customers.

Minor non-material differences in packaging, colour shade or presentation are not automatically defects where the goods still correspond materially with the agreed product description.

Delivery Damage And DDP Orders

Standard orders are delivered DDP and remain our responsibility through the managed transport journey to the agreed destination, ready for unloading. Prompt photographs and packaging evidence allow us to raise the issue with the freight provider or manufacturer.
